A week ago, the Islamic State released a video with seventeen Peshmerga fighters in cages being paraded in Kirkuk, Iraq. While many people assumed that those Peshmerga were dead, that doesn’t seem to be the case. ISIS has released a follow up video showing the current fate of the Peshmerga.
